RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under certain conditions.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and receive a refund. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, meaning they must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and include all original tags. Returned items must also be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number. Please note that all sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for any parcels lost or damaged during transit, and we recommend using a tracked shipping service.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@boutiquecgv.ca with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed. Carefully package the item and ship it to the address provided. Once the item is received and inspected, we will confirm by email whether the refund has been approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Shipping

You will receive free standard shipping on orders over $100.00, before taxes.

For orders shipped within Canada, the standard shipping method for packages weighing between 0 and 2 kg costs $14.90, with a delivery time of 4 to 7 business days. For packages between 2 and 30 kg, the standard method costs $21.90 and takes 4 to 7 business days. An express option is available for packages between 0 and 2 kg at a cost of $21.90, with delivery estimated between 1 and 3 business days.

For shipments to the United States, the standard international rate for packages between 0 and 0.5 kg is $7.90, with a delivery window of 5 to 8 business days. Packages between 0.5 and 1.5 kg cost $19.90, and those between 1.5 and 30 kg cost $29.90, both with a delivery time of 5 to 8 business days. An express international option is available for packages between 0 and 1.5 kg at a cost of $34.90, with delivery expected between 3 and 5 business days.

For international shipping to other countries, rates will be calculated automatically at checkout via Canada Post using discounted Shopify rates, based on the total value of the merchandise. Delivery times will vary depending on the selected shipping method, and the choice of carrier will depend on the destination.
