We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Once the request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Carefully package the item and ship it to the indicated address.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will confirm by email whether the refund is approved.
